The Path of the traditional practices and heritage of Istrian towns
A third joint activity aims at producing the cross – border itinerary entitled The Path of the traditional practices and heritage of Istrian towns, and will include the evaluation of the cultural heritage of the coastal and inland towns, through the study and presentation of the key urban elements. Emphasis will be laid on the medieval town statutes, e.g. of Izola and Piran. The Statutes represent distinctive expression of the Istrian culture and identity.
